After entering the handcrafted wooden main entrance door you arrive first at the spacious kitchen that leads to an outside patio with a dining table, well protected from evening winds, perfect to dine outside.
On the right, there is the living room with fireplace, where there is plenty of room to relax but also can be dined on a long big table.
The living area also connects to a second outside dining area.There are many different spots to create family moments in and outside, during different timings of the day, according to the position of the sun.
After entering the house, going left, are the bedrooms. All bedrooms have window doors that connect to the outside terraces.
The house is surrounded by several private or common lounge areas, every spot with an even more stunning view. All bedrooms rooms in the house eventually lead to the pool area.
The house has floor heating in all rooms and a fire place in the living room. It stays fresh in summer because of the old thick ‘taipa’ walls that were maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped to make nice family meals. The perfect getaway to relax and decompress from city life.

The location of the property is one of complete privacy. The land is several hectares big, there are no neighbours at sight.
The nearest town is called Cruz de João Mendes and from there it is a 10 minute drive to the house. The town is a centre starting point to go to the mondain fisherman towns and beaches of Comporta & Melides.
More south there is Santiago do Cacem, Sines and the old fisher’s village of Porto Covo to discover.
