4 contemporary signature Architect units are placed on a hilltop overlooking the Ocean and the mesmerizing Lagoon of Melides.
Hot summer days are cooled down by a welcoming Atlantic breeze and views are surprising and breathtaking from every corner or window of the property. The balance between nature and construction, between outside and inside is scenographic. Walking around at Casa Atlantica is like entering a stage scenery where there was only one preconceived concept set out: ‘immaculate holiday feeling’.
The Property has 3 separate similar units, each consisting of a bedroom with bathroom and covered lounge area. All units have heating and air conditioning.
The main and 4th unit has a spacious fully equipped and high quality kitchen, guest toilet, living and dining area as well as the main suite. The finest furniture and most tasteful decoration do the house justice in a subtle and warm way. It creates an instant ‘at home’ feeling. Extended covered terraces and the position of the units are built in a way the sun can’t over heath the houses, but light is still allowed to enter the insides.
At the slope of the hill is a triangle shaped overflow heated swimmingpool. A deck with sunloungers and a covered wooden lounge terrace complete the pool area.
There is complete privacy, no neighbor at sight. The down-hill position of this area tames the Atlantic wind and turns it into a perfect outside dining spot.
Little pebble roads bring you from one unit to the other and allow you to wander through the lush garden that spices up the scenery with sounds of fauna and scents of flora. There is only one disadvantage we have to warn all guests coming to Casa Atlantica about: You’ll probably never want to leave again.

Casa Atlantica is very easy to reach, just a few 100 meters of dust road connected with the main road to the old fishermen town of Melides.
The coastline between Troia and Sines has a wide variety of beaches to choose from, every one of them being different. From surfer’s paradise with local cafés to luxury resort with fine-dining beach restaurants.
